As we indicate on our Main Page we firstly seek to resolve disputes in the workplace through conciliation or negotiation. Costs in employment matters can very easily mount up, particularly where people become intransigent. We seek to minimise costs by conciliation and negotiation at the earliest opportunity.

We know that some legal firms work on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. We do not provide our services in Employment Law on that basis as we consider that it is unhelpful in achieving a realistic approach to disputes. We charge an hourly rate for our services and will provide a costs estimate after initial instructions are obtained from our clients.
