Experience Summary
Alyce Fisher graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2014 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Studies (Distinction). Alyce is currently completing her Masters of Commercial Litigation to further her interests and assist clients in this area. Alyce is a member of the Law Society of NSW and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and of the High Court of Australia.
Criminal Law
Alyce can assist in all Criminal Law and Traffic Law matters, including bail applications, sentencing, licence appeals, hearings, AVOs, and appeals to higher courts. Alyce has acted for clients in the Local, District & Supreme Courts. Alyce appears in courts throughout New South Wales, and is also current member of multiple Legal Aid panels including Wollongong, Liverpool, Campbelltown and Sutherland.
Building and Construction Law
Alyce has extensive litigation experience in many jurisdictions including the Local, District and Supreme courts and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). Alyce regularly appears for property owners, builders and developers in building and construction matters, including residential building matters and contract disputes. Alyce is also available to review your new building contract and provide advice.
