Clients appreciate his forthright manner, his commercial approach and his ability to find solutions to problems and dilemmas for clients, and that – somewhat unusually for lawyers – he regards litigation as a last resort. In Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law he acts for individuals and companies and is not afraid to tackle difficult issues and to ‘take on’ Insurers. In Employment Law he acts for both employers or employees and has assisted in drafting of employment agreements and arrangements, and in resolving various types of employment difficulties.
